Manchester United assistant manager Ryan Giggs believes that youth will get a chance at Old Trafford this summer.

Six new summer signing and most academy graduates either departing or leaving the club.

"The club will never change. The history of the club is to play exciting football, always give youngsters a chance, and keep to the traditions of the club."

However it is that Manchester United have the most amount of home grown players than any other premier league team in their squad.

13 academy/trainees in the squad with some liable to huge potentials such as James Wilson, Tyler Blackett, Andrès Pereira,Jesse Lingard and Adnan Januzaj.

"But this is a manager who gave (Clarence) Seedorf his chance, gave (Patrick) Kluivert his chance, gave (Andres) Iniesta his chance, Xavi, Thomas Muller."

It's hard to believe that Manchester United won't give youth a chance because we have done it for so many years and been successful at it.

The class of 92' may occur again but it every so often a young Ryan Giggs, Adnan Januzaj and James Wilson burst onto the scene then we will be fine.

"He's got a track record of giving young players a chance and (defender) Tyler Blackett has played every game so far this season.Underneath (Robin) Van Persie, (Wayne) Rooney, you have got (Adnan) Januzaj, you have got James Wilson."

It's weird because it's not as if Manchester United fans are righting youth off it's rivalry fans trying to pick faults.

We have let a lot of youth players go on loan or even leave because they need to fulfil their potential or search somewhere else because game time is not going to be in the job description for that player.
