Manchester United new boy Radamel Falcao has thanked fans on his debt after a short cameo appearance in the 4-0 win against QPR.

The Colombia came on with 26 minutes left to play and almost came close to adding his name to the scoresheet.

Falcao said "I want to say thank you to the fans. I enjoyed the welcome a lot. It was fantastic."

A consistent goal scorer who's record speaks for itself. A prolific goal machine who has experienced at the top level in most countries.

Yet to prove himself in England however but Falcao had finally after much speculation joined the premier league and unexpectedly to us (Manchester United).

He added "I almost scored. The goalkeeper was good. I hope to score the next game."

It was hard to add how the former Atletico Madrid striker performed in the minor minutes he played. The reception was uplifting and memorable as the announcement was made that number 9 Radamel Falcao was to enter.

He finally added "It felt good to make my debut at Old Trafford. It is an extraordinary stadium, a legendary stadium and I am happy to get the win. I will enjoy this moment."

He has shown a great appreciation for the club and can be a essential part to our rise back to the pinnacle of English football.

The striker will hope to score and feature against Leicester City on Sunday at 13:30pm.
