Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton believes in new boss Louis Van Gaal to succeed at Old Trafford.

A poor start with an average team so far with two points from their opening three matches. However o new signings a part from Angel Di Maria have made their debut.

Sir bobby said "We won't struggle, definitely, we won't struggle anymore. We are set fair."

The legend last played for Manchester United back in April 1973 as he ended his career at the age of 35.

He added "It is just such a strange environment the way that it's all happened, that Manchester United is out of the news, but it won't be for very long."

He retired a legend after 17 seasons, 16.5years, 758 appearances and 249 goals which has made him Manchester United's all time top goal scorer.

He also added "I think that it's going to be a great adventure of how we pull ourselves back around and get back to the way it used to be."

An inspiration to most a hero to other Bobby learnt hardship and pain as he was one of the survivors from the Munich air disaster of 1958.

On the topic of Louis Van Gaal succeeding it is not even a matter of doubt that he will or should. The manager has won countless titles and built teams up to champions.

Now a little older perhaps but the hunger still burns inside of the Dutchman as he is driven to winning and nothing less.
