Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo has been granted his work permit by the UK border agency.

This means that he will be eligible to face QPR on Saturday 14th September if picked by manager Louis Van Gaal.

Even though Angel Di Maria is Argentine he has played & lived in Europe for more than 5 seasons unlike Rojo.

The centre back has been unavailable for four matches in all competitions whilst waiting for his work permit.

The World Cup star missed the opening game of the season due to not being signed in time.

A liable defender who featured in the World Cup team of the tournament. Hard to nudge of the ball and hardly ever makes a bad decision.

Rojo signed for Manchester United on August 20th for £16m+ Luis Nani's on loan wages (£4.8m). An unknown player by some but has the potential to emerge as a key element to Old Trafford's legacy.
