Germany have created history tonight and made this game one that will be remembered for a long time as they fired seven yes seven past Brazil.

Brazil were torn a part throughout the 90 minutes and were held to their peril by a strong and agile German team.

The score at half time was five nil to Germany with Toni Kroos grabbing two, Klose, Müller and Khedira all getting on the scoresheet. The score escalated worldwide with most fans inside and outside the stadium in disbelief that the scoreline was actually true.

Many predicted that Germany would win but not in this fashion. It was an annihilation of Brazil's World Cup hopes as Neymar and Thiago Silva were both missing badly on this eventful night.

In the second half of Germany look to try and kill the game. Brazil had at least four chances in the first ten minutes of the second half to try and get back into the game but they failed to score with the goalkeeper on top form.

Germany then went on to show their power and scored another two through substitute Andre Schürrle as he shows his quality finishing on the night.

Brazil did get a consolation goal in the time when Oscar sword and this may have disappoint some of the Germans as they had conceded a goal.

This result did equal Brazil's worst ever defeat surpassing their last one which was a six nil thrashing versus Uruguay in 1920.

In truth Germany were way too strong for a weak Brazil team who were missing there two Star Man. The centre back Dante was lacklustre as he was found out of position and wondering for most of the game and was the cause of most of the goals that Brazil gave away.

Germany are now favourites to win the competition as there are strong midfield and their compatibility over every position is maybe too strong for every other competitor that they have faced and are yet to face.

Tonight's star man could've been any of the German players however but Bayer Munich midfielder Toni Kroos stood out for his wonderful range of passing and his ability to finish off the chance that he made.
